We drive to create solutions that deliver effective training outcomes to high profile blue-chip clients. Our well-established eLearning team is now looking to appoint an Instructional Designer in our offices in Sydney.
The Role:
With a strong client service approach, you will be responsible for designing and developing eLearning courseware, as well as maintaining and supporting eLearning tools. This will include but is not limited to:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients
- Developing and maintaining accurate support documentation for eLearning tools and training courses
- Quality assurance checks and edits of courseware (layout, content structure, formatting & grammar)
- Updating and maintaining story boards and scripts
- Producing eLearning courseware within time frames
Requirements:
This opportunity requires:
- a solid background in instructional design and/or technical writing within an eLearning environment, and
- proven experience of any industry standard toolsets including:
- eLearning authoring applications i.e. Captivate, Lectora etc.
- Understanding of web technologies for eLearning delivery
- Some production experience using graphics applications
Personally you are an exceptional communicator (verbal & written) and you exceed in a creative and fun team environment. You will have sound time management skills with the ability to plan and organise your own work. In addition you will have the ability to build professional relationships with clients and have a strong interest in eLearning and a desire to keep up-to-date with developments in the industry and changing technologies.
