This role will see the successful candidate involved in a large scale project that will fully utilise your already well honed construction project management skill set.

• Client Management
• Government Authority liaison
• Delivery of Project

Along with the above, your role will encompass the management of internal resources both within your team to ensure that industry best principles are utilised at all times. Your previous experience will have encompassed working within a dynamic client focussed and goal orientated organisation. A construction management degree or similar will be very highly regarded as will the successful completion of numerous high rise (above 15 storeys) residential or mixed use projects as project manager, design manager or construction manager or equivalent.
